How does this work?

All of our templates are self-editable using Canva, a free and easy-to-use online platform. You simply log in (or create a free account) and start customizing your design right away.

We’ve chosen Canva so you can edit your template at your convenience — whether it’s today, next week, or months from now. Need to change your event date or update a name? No problem. Your template doesn’t expire, and you can download it as many times as needed.

You can edit text, font style, font color, and font size completely free. If you explore extra Canva features like resizing or premium graphics, Canva may prompt you to upgrade, but those are optional and not required for your template to work beautifully.

How do I download my order?

After your purchase, you’ll instantly receive a PDF file containing a clickable link to access your Canva template. This PDF also includes step-by-step instructions to help you edit, save, and print (or send) your design with ease.

A download link will be available right after checkout and will also be sent to the email address you used at purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Just reach out — I’ll be happy to resend your file.

Your PDF download contains the actual link to your Canva template. Look for the red box inside the PDF — the clickable link is there. Simply click the link inside that red box, and it will take you directly to your editable template on Canva.

Also you will find a PDF includes detailed instructions on how to edit, save, download, and print your design. Please keep it handy for reference after you finish editing.

For clarity, I do not use pre-made Canva templates and resell them. Each design is either originally created by me or carefully sourced and crafted using professional design software and purchased elements.

I chose Canva as the editing platform so you have the freedom to update your template anytime — whether that’s today or months from now — with no expiration or limits on downloads.

If you’d rather have me do the editing for you, there’s an “Custom template” option available for an additional fee.

Can you edit for me?

Yes! I offer an “Custom” service for an additional fee. My typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours.

To use this service, simply add the “Custom Template” option from the custom services section to your cart along with the template you want to purchase. You can provide your editing details in the notes at checkout or send them to me via chat after your order.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I offer custom design services. Please contact me before placing your order so we can discuss your project, as I may not be able to fulfill all custom requests.

Once we agree on the details, I will provide you with the correct custom order link for purchase. You will receive a proof within 48 hours before the final delivery.

Unlimited revisions are included until you are completely satisfied with the final product.

Can I send my invitation digitally?

Yes! After you finish editing, you can save and download your invitation as a PNG or JPG to send via text or email just like a photo.

If you purchase the video animated invitation option, you’ll receive a video file you can share digitally through messaging apps, email, or social media, perfect for a dynamic and modern invite!

Can I add music to my video animated invitation?

Yes, you can add music to your video invitation. However, please note that Canva is copyrighted and you can only upload music that is copyright-free or that have permission to use.

Alternatively, you can use Canva’s free music gallery, which offers a selection of royalty-free tracks you can add safely to your video.

Do you offer printing services?

Unfortunately, I do not provide printing services. You can easily print smaller templates at home, or take any design to local print shops like Office Depot, Staples, FedEx, Walgreens, or any other printer near you.

Canva also offers printing services if you prefer, but you’re free to use whichever print shop you like.

Can I change the color on the design?

The colors and design elements on the templates are generally fixed; only the text is editable. In some cases, certain words or numbers may also be locked. Please check the product description for any exceptions.

Many of my templates come in different color options, so feel free to browse the shop to find what suits you best. If you want additional design changes, please contact me — some customizations may involve an extra fee.           

Can I print my template in a different size?

Yes, you can! If you need a different size than the one listed in the product description, just send me a message. I’ll be happy to resize the template for you at no extra cost before you print.
